Falls Bethesda Temple
Falls Bethesda Temple is the first Assembly of the Malawi Assemblies of God in the City of Lilongwe. The History of this church goes back to the year 1953. During the early years, church was meeting at Biwi in a home of a church member a Mr. Chisale. Reverend Chilemba who by then was pastoring Dowa Church used to come and offer spiritual guidance under the supervision of the missionaries.

Kawale Harvest Temple is the first Shaeffer-built church in the Malawi Assemblies of God.
It all started in may, 1982 when the ground breaking ceremony was held with the Reverend Dr. Daniel Shaeffer as the guest of honor and graced by the Reverends Gideon Bomba, Maxwell Chapola and Ben Tipton. The Reverends Gideon Bomba and Maxwell Chapola were the first and second Malawian general Superintendents, respectively.
