Our 2022 Focus is Pentecost and Capacity Building. We will do this by conducting Ministers Institutes and Refresher Trainings. The objective is to have Pastors and churches actualize and retain skills and knowledge required to perform competently for greater individual, institutional, and societal influence. To achieve this, we envisage to conduct Ministers Institutes and Refresher Trainings on pertinent issues that holistically affect our Movement. Topics to be addressed are: Personal Development, Effective Communication, Entrepreneurship, Conflict Resolution and Management, Time Management, Vision Management and Implementation, Leadership Skills, etc
